FaceOSC is a tool for prototyping face-based interaction. It's built on non-commercial open source FaceTracker code from Jason Saragih. Gamuza is a d3cod3 open source software project, based on/developed with openframeworks creative coding c++ framework, by Emanuele Mazza. It can be used under CC-GNU GPL license and is basically a bridge over c++ programming designed for developing purpose-independent interactive installation mainly based on video tracking techniques. Many parts of the code comes from different people, sometimes modified depending on needs, and always commented into the code.

TLD is an award-winning, real-time algorithm for tracking of unknown objects in video streams. The object of interest is defined by a bounding box in a single frame. TLD simultaneously Tracks the object, Learns its appearance and Detects it whenever it appears in the video. The result is a real-time tracking that typically improves over time. Due to its learning abilities, TLD has been advertised under name Predator. The video to the left introduces Predator and proposes several potential applications.

Ferns: Planar Object Detection Demo Planar object detection software that uses Fern based classification to match feature points. Includes template based tracking to switch between detection/tracking. (Tracking is NOT enabled by default, see usage notes on how to turn it on.) Downloads: Source code is available under the GNU General Public License. In short, if you distribute a software that uses ferns-demo, you have to distribute it under GPL with the source code.
